Art Event at Boracay Island Philippines

To celebrate the creativity of the Filipino talent the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA) held the annual celebration of Filipino talent and creative imagination at the beautiful island and exquisite Philippine beach properties which is the Boracay Island Philippines.
With seven visual artists from Iloilo, Siquijor, Cebu, Samar, Cagayan de Oro, Davao City and Zamboanga City painted banners representing the seven arts. Banner of the Aklan culture that has been showed in the event was painted by the great artist from Kalibo.
Project director of the Philippine Visual Arts Festival (PIVAF) 2010 Ross Capili said why they choose the Boracay Island Philippines to hold this creative event is because of the diverse way of life in the island.
To include on the art event on the future Capili wish to include song, dance, photography, even poetry, and the participation of foreign artists.
According to Capili with this kind of event it will bring more investments also with Boracay island real estate. As this event is not only to showcase the creativity of the locals whether it is tattoo and t-shirt art, it will bring also tourist across the country and the world to see the beautiful places that will make them want to buy a Boracay real estate.
