Located at Ambulong, Station 3, it is just a minute walk to the White Beach. The apartments are located immediately behind the Swiss Inn and can be accessed by sealed road. Apartments are purchased directly from the land owner/developer First Roxon Development Corporation.

Each apartment has been individually designed and vary from 36 square meters to 60 square meters, and all come with a balcony.

You can choose from a studio Apartment, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartment.

This island, found off the northwestern tip of Panay, is blessed with rich marine and tropical attractions that have spurned the growth of highly commercialized tourism in the area. At present, hundreds of resorts and commercial establishment have sprouted in various parts of the island—most of which can be found along the magnificent four-kilometer stretch of its famed White Beach on its western side.Unfortunately, due to its diversity and phenomenal success as a tropical island, Boracay Island has somewhat abandoned the image of being a peaceful and truly relaxing destination it was known for when it was still a secret paradise known only to a few a couple of decades ago.Seeing the need to revive the tranquil image of Boracay Island, Tawhay Resort Estate, Inc. has pursued resort condotel development embracing this philosophy. Its latest project, the Tawhay (which means “peace in paradise”) Resort Estate, is founded on the ultimate objective of providing well-earned vacations as guaranteed by the experience of pioneers in resort condotel development.

Our Latest Project

A prime upscale development well-kept at the western end of Boracay’s famed White Beach. Tawhay Boracay Resort Condominiums comprises two 3-storey condotel buildings, each with 12 masterfully-crafted units waiting to greet its guests. Simply earshots away are the Boracay West Village and Boracay Terraces Resort. The resort is also within easy driving distance from Fairways & Bluewater Golf and Country Club, the island’s only golf course.

Envisioned and developed by the country’s pioneers in condotel development, Tawhay Boracay Resort Condominiums offers a serene and secluded leisure alternative, a sharp to the otherwise highly-commercialized resorts.

Initially, each unit will be offered at P3.0M on flexible payment terms. The units leased back to a management company by the buyer. The leaseback agreement, which spans a period of 10 years, is signed by the buyer upon consummation of the sale. The units will be then be enrolled in a resort condotel operation.

Net proceeds resulting from the enrollment of the units in resort operations shall be divided between the owner of the unit and the management company.

Boracay Island

Due to its phenomenal success and bankability as a tourist destination, Boracay Island has achieved numerous milestones:

  • rdesignated as one of the eight Philippine Anchor Destinations by the Department of Tourism
  • attracted multi-million dollar investments
  • cross-cultural and multi-tourist class appeal

Boracay’s tourist arrival data from 2001 to 2003 shows a steady increase in the trend. However, most noticeable is the local group of domestic tourists, which tremendously shot up in 2003, contributing to a 583,896 visitor total.

The increasing visitor arrivals to Boracay translated into billions of pesos in tourism revenues. In 2001, it was at a little less than P5 billion. The following year it was P2 billion. However, in the first half of 2003, tourist expenditures reached a record P3.86 billion.
