VILLA TRADEWINDS – PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Villa Tradewinds is a large and beautifully designed villa situated some 150m above sea level. Situated on a hillside, the villa benefits from year-round breezes and is therefore delightfully cool and airy at all times. The open plan design incorporates a large lounge and dining area and a spacious kitchen. There is also a half bathroom comprising of w/c and modern washbasin, set on a granite-topped vanity unit with cupboard space below. The kitchen has granite worktops, with extensive cupboard space below and wall cabinets above. Set into the granite is a modern stainless steel sink with draining board and modern kitchen faucet. There is a built-in stainless steel eye-level electric oven, plus a free standing smaller “American” electric oven, and a stainless steel microwave oven.
