Cohiba Villas

Cohiba Villas was launched in Jan 2006. Since then Phase I and II have been completed and are occupied. Phase III was launched in July 2007 and is now SOLD OUT. Phase III consists of 9 two bed 130 sq metre apartments located behind the pool. Although set back from the cliff, All have outstanding ocean views and be of the same high standard as Phase I and II. Finishing on Phase III will begin January 2008. Phase IV was launched Jan 2008. four buildings and a total of 12 units.

Phase I and II (Sold Out)
Phase 1 and II are complete and NOW OCCUPIED. Each apartment in Phase I and II includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a state of the art kitchen and living room and a huge 30 m2 veranda overlooking the ocean. The 25 metre infinity Pool and snack bar are operational.

Phase III
Phase III consists of 9 apartments, each with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 130 sq meters of floor area. Completion date for this phase is August 2008.

Phase IV (Just launched)
Phase IV consists of 4 buildings, each with 3 apartments. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 140 sq meters of floor area. Completion date for this phase is end of 2008. The top floor apartments will have the whole roof as roof terrace with own private access stairway . The ground floor units will have an extended veranda going out 8 metres. Apartments will have sunrise and sunset view.
