VILLA TRADEWINDS - PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Tradewinds is a large and beautifully designed villa situated some 150m above sea level. It has stunning sea views over the island of Boracay and the mountains on the nearby island of Panay.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen benefit from a remote-controlled powerful air conditioning system. In addition, there are three ceiling fans installed throughout the area.

ROOF TERRACE

At the top of the house is a roof terrace which extends the whole length and width of the villa. The views are spectacular, offering panoramic vistas of the sea, the island of Boracay and nearby islands.

A beautiful 4m x 4m gazebo, again in native style – bamboo and thatched roof – enhances the roof terrace and offers shade and a lovely place to relax. This is a wonderful entertainment area and is ideal for al fresco dining day or night. The area is fully lighted for evening/ night use and makes a wonderful area for cocktail parties.

The furniture in the villa is exquisite and of a very high quality. One of the outstanding features is a magnificent inlaid marble-topped dining table which seats 12 people comfortably, with 12 matching dining chairs.

The villa has a powerful generator, in case of power failure, which supplies an emergency back- up power supply.

THE GARDEN AND SWIMMINGPOOL
